At Rare Football Shirts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because we specialize in vintage and rare football apparel, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Eligibility
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached if applicable).
- Original vintage items are described in detail on their product pages (including sizing and minor flaws). Returns based on pre-disclosed condition issues will follow standard return processing.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or major damage not specified in the product description).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (via PayTR) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, standard return rules apply.
